After Rebreather Forum 3.0 which will be held in Orlando, Florida I will be heading out on MV Spree for three days diving some of Florida's best wrecks. The trip is being led by well known Florida Wreck Hunter - Michael Barnette. If you are interested in coming let me know.
Wrecks like the Wilkes-Barre sitting in 80m of water.
A Cleveland-class Light Cruiser out of the US Navy that served in the latter parts of WWII. Decommissioned in 1947 and finally sunk in 1971 by underwater explosive tests. In May 1972 her hulk broke in half and sank. The above video shows a model of how she is sitting.
USS Wilkes-Barre (CL-103)
WWII Destroyer USS Kendrick, launched in 1942 and was sunk during target practice in 1968. She sits in two pieces on hte floor in 90m of water.

This is a very exciting time for Andrew, Richie, Skip and me as this will be the second year that we have held a photographic exhibition. I will be exhibiting 4 pieces and the grand opening is the 13th of October 2011 at the Flagstaff Gallery, Devonport, Auckland.

This was a massive month for us. Seeing a trip to Truk Lagoon followed by our first official trip to Bikini Atoll. We have full trip reports of both trips. Check out the links on the Latest diving excursions!!
I have also been working tirelessly on providing some awesome products for the future. Just to give you a snippet, I am working on a few projects to get divers to experience the Three Kings Islands off North Cape in New Zealand. These Islands are renowned for their abundent aquatic life. - and yes, there is some rust there too!!!!!

VIRGINAL WRECKS IN THE SOLOMONS
I have a mate who is one of the worlds leading authorities in Solomon Island History. He is on a project at the moment looking for Virginal wrecks in the Solomons. SO what does this mean? Well, we will be putting together an exclusive trip for a few people to come and dive these wrecks FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! We will be documenting, filming and extensively photographing the wrecks for historical purposes. Most of these wrecks are deep (>60m).
So watch this space. Very exciting times...... very exciting!!
